BBQed at Vin's house till late the previous night, so idk whose genius idea it was to set off at 7.30am. Hid under the sheets, hoping time would stand still for a bit. Everyone wore their sneakers/sport shoes and shorts while I rebelled with a dress+slippers. Sleep. - the cause I fight for.
Waterway is by far the most man-made valley I've ever seen. I could cry. Don't even get me started on the blistering sun. I'm about to start a list of creative ways to describe perfect scorching weather for secondary school kids' essays. Curse you, terribly humid days.
