This is Neo Tiew estate. Hidden deeper than Mandai or LimChuKang (depends which way you come from), the place has been vacant for quite awhile, except for army guys using it for their firing training. The abandoned place is plastered with mild graffiti and vandalised walls. My pictures don't do the estate enough justice of its creepy-forgotten-abandoned magic. Not exactly sure how I feel about the place but the dull rundown pastel buildings make it so pretty to shoot.
